A new course titled "Introduction to the Customer Service Excellence" has been added to the VLE for all members of staff to explore.  This course provides a LEvel 1 introduction to the Customer Service Excellence standard as applied in UoL Worldwide.

During the course, staff can explore the 5 criteria of the Customer Service Excellence standard and key elements of each criterion.

The course presents materials in short bite-sized topics.  Topics consist of video presentations with slides, overview of reflection exercises and an interactive module to explore the CSE standard (including a short test of which staff will need to score 70% or higher to pass the course).

This course is also idea for any new members of staff and should be included by line managers as part of an induction programme.
